Your new companyYou'll be working with one of Australia's largest local government organisations, supporting critical infrastructure and assets that directly impact the community.
Your new role
Working within the EWoC Assessment & Validation delivery approach, the Service Designers will apply service design, systems thinking, strategic foresight and human-centred research to identify opportunities, define future-state service experiences and support evidence-based decision-making. The roles will work closely with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are customer-centred, operationally viable and aligned to Council's strategic objectives.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in working with virtual (and shared) teams
  • Highly developed written skills (documentation, communications, and presentations)
  • Highly organised with a focus on deliverables and able to work to deadlines as required.
  • Strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence
  • Ability to perceive, manage, understand, and reason with emotions, as a team member, when working with others and when identifying the needs of disparate stakeholders with sensitivity
  • Ability to adapt and change approaches, solutions and processes when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3 years Service Designer experience
  • Strong understanding of solution design and solution architecture
  • Information Architecture exposure; content structuring and user-centric design
  • Proven experience in developing knowledge repositories
