Service Delivery Coordinator
Brisbane, QLD | Queensland Government Contract
You'll be the operational glue between customers, support teams and vendors on a major Queensland Government technology program. This is a role for someone who wants broad exposure across incident management, vendor coordination, asset management and contract support, with real autonomy to run meetings and drive resolution without waiting to be told.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the primary operational contact for customers and vendors, owning day-to-day service communications and engagement meetings
- Triage and coordinate faults and service desk escalations, driving resolution across customers, support teams and vendors
- Manage hardware assets, including break fix, spares pool and audits
- Track operational risks and issues, and maintain service documentation and knowledge articles
- Coordinate vendor service reviews and operational meetings, following through on actions
- Support the Service Delivery Manager on budget, contracts and the Technology Lifecycle Plan
- Contribute to minor works and ICT projects tied to the Technology Lifecycle Plan
Must Have:
- 3-5 years in service management, ICT operations, managed services or service delivery
- Experience managing incidents, problems and escalations
- Experience coordinating technical teams without direct reports
- Experience in ITIL-based environments
- Strong vendor and support provider management experience
- Queensland Government experience highly regarded
