Senior Technician

What is the role?

As the Senior Technician at Timezone & Zone Bowling Tea Tree Plaza, you'll be the go-to expert for keeping our incredible mix of arcade games, attractions, and bowling technology in top-notch condition.

Whether you're fault-finding on the latest arcade machines, maintaining pinspotters and scoring systems, or carrying out preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly, no two days will be the same.

You'll work alongside the Facilities Manager to deliver a venue that's always ready for fun, with a strong focus on game uptime, technical excellence, and creating unforgettable guest experiences.

Who are you? 

• You must hold a valid WWCC or be willing to obtain.

• Experience troubleshooting arcade games and technical equipment is advantageous.

• Technically minded with plenty of self-drive to proactively seek out tasks

• Ideally you will have experience in a trade & have a savvy knack for all things techy/computer based

• Natural ability in relationship building & communicating with both our guests and team on the floor
