An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a highly regarded, established strata business in the Sydney CBD. Specialising in the management of prestigious and complex schemes, this role is suited to an accomplished strata professional looking for a senior position with an excellent salary, strong earning potential and a quality portfolio.

The Role:

This is a senior opportunity managing a portfolio of large and complex strata schemes, working closely with executive committees, owners corporations and key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of large and complex strata schemes
• Managing Building Management Committees (BMCs)
• Developing strong relationships with committees, owners and key stakeholders
• Preparing for and chairing AGM, EGM and strata committee meetings
• Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, notices and correspondence
• Providing professional advice and guidance to owners corporations and committees
• Overseeing budgets, financial matters, levies and expenditure in conjunction with finance support
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance and major works across schemes
• Ensuring schemes remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
• Managing disputes and complex matters with a professional and solutions-focused approach
• Working collaboratively with internal support, finance and management teams to provide a high level of service

The Ideal Candidate:

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within strata management, with proven experience managing large and complex schemes.

Previous BMC experience is essential, along with strong knowledge of NSW strata legislation and the confidence to manage sophisticated committees and stakeholders.

You will be professional, highly organised and an excellent communicator, with the ability to build long-term relationships and confidently navigate complex strata matters.
