Senior Scaffolding Estimator

For an experienced Scaffolding Estimator to ensure competitive scaffolding pricing for a leading global industrial services provider. You'll be supporting the mining, energy, and commercial sectors by accurately quoting on scaffolding services.

• Requires: Proven experience in scaffolding estimation.
• Salary guide: circa $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, fuel and toll allowances
• Location: 50% in Brisbane office, 25% from home, 25% on-site

Your normal day will involve:

• Estimating scaffolding requirements for various industrial projects.
• Reviewing project and tender documents, focusing on scaffolding specifications.
• Reading and interpreting building plans to calculate materials, labor, and time required for projects.
• Collaborating closely with supervisors, claims officers, and the state manager.
• Preparing and updating estimates to reflect project requirements.
• Liaising with clients and suppliers to source cost-effective materials.
• Visiting job sites to assess project needs and constraints.
• Attending internal meetings, reviewing project timelines and adjustments.
