Position

This is a senior role on a warm, high-performing desk with established client relationships across Sydney, Melbourne, and other key markets. You will take ownership of an active portfolio, delivering solutions while growing revenue  and long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities include candidate management, client enggaement and business development. 
 

Profile

We are seeking an experienced recruiter who enjoys ownership, works at pace, and thrives in a relationship-led environment.
You will bring:

• Proven recruitment experience (Accountancy & Finance preferred)
• Confidence running a desk autonomously at a senior level
• Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills
• A collaborative, resilient, solutions-focused mindset
• Sydney-based availability with flexibility to work in a hybrid model

You will step into an active desk supported by an experienced team, with immediate market traction and a clear runway to grow revenue and market share.
