- Manage a residential portfolio of 160 properties with a dedicated Assistant
- Oversee all aspects of property management and ensure smooth tenancy operations
- Conduct entry and exit condition reports and liaise with landlords, tenants, and trades

- Up to $95,000 + Super + Laptop + Phone + Airpods!
- Mandarin speaking preferred - however not essential!

Your role will include:
- Managing a residential portfolio of 160 properties with a dedicated Assistant
- Overseeing all aspects of property management
- Conducting entry and exit condition reports when required
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and trades to ensure smooth tenancy operations
- Working in a structured and systemised environment using industry-standard software
About you:
- 2–3+ years’ experience in a Senior Property Manager role
- Current Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Valid driver’s licence
- Mandarin speaking preferred but no essential
- Strong communication and client relationship skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
