THE ROLE:
- End-to-end management of approximately 130 properties
- Well-maintained, local portfolio
- No leasing responsibilities
- Support from a Junior Property Manager
- Manageable workload with strong team backing
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 2+ years’ Senior Property Management experience
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Valid QLD driver’s licence
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and confident phone manner
- Organised, proactive and reliable
