An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a leading and highly respected real estate agency in Sydney's Western Suburbs.
This role offers the chance to work alongside a dedicated Property Manager, Leasing Officer and Virtual Assistant, allowing you to focus on client relationships, portfolio performance and delivering outstanding service.
The Role You will be responsible for the overall management of a residential property portfolio, ensuring exceptional outcomes for both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews and new leases
- Managing arrears, compliance and tenancy matters
- Preparing owner reports and monitoring portfolio performance
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor management
- Implementing preventative maintenance and risk management strategies
- Overseeing marketing campaigns and tenant selection processes
- Managing budgets and financial performance
- Mentoring and supporting team members where required
About You:
To be successful in this position, you will possess:
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation and leasing practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive and customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate License
- A reliable vehicle and current driver's license
