- Keep product moving safely and efficiently from the kill floor through to processing.
- Monitor yields, product recovery, production records and waste.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, quality and environmental requirements across the area.
- Oversee odour controls, wastewater, effluent and DAF operations, escalating issues quickly.
- Lead, train and support a small team, building strong safety, hygiene and accountability standards.
- Work closely with maintenance to reduce downtime and support preventative maintenance.
