About the role:
Work on an interesting mix of major projects such as:
- Renewable energy project financings (solar, grid-scale batteries, embedded networks), including fund-led transactions.
- Structured property financings: senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity and hybrid structures.
- Property joint ventures and venture debt financings for growth credit funds.
- Borrower-side property financings, alongside lender-side work.
The ideal candidate:
- Structured property finance experience.
- Exposure to venture debt, joint ventures and/or structured finance.
- Confidence across lender-side and borrower-side matters.
- Strong commercial judgement and critical thinking.
