The Opportunity
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, while partnering with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive informed decision-making

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.

  • Deliver executive and board reporting with clear financial insights.

  • Analyse revenue, operating costs, capital expenditure, and key business drivers.

  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to support decision-making.

  • Maintain financial models, controls, and reporting tools.

  • Drive process improvement and reporting automation initiatives

About You

  • CA/CPA qualified with 3+ years’ post-audit financial analysis experience.

  • Strong experience in balance sheet reconciliation, cash flow reporting, and inter-company analysis.

  • Commercial acumen with excellent business partnering and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to deliver insights in a complex, large-scale organisation.

  • Experience with financial systems (e.g. Oracle, Power BI) highly regarded.
