As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will require:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator delivering luxury residential, multi-residential or Class 2 high-rise projects.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
- Experience managing subcontract procurement, progress claims, variations, EOTs and cost reporting.
- Sound understanding of NSW Class 2 compliance, including the Design & Building Practitioners (DBP) Act.
- Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to manage project finances from procurement through to completion.
- Candidates based on the Southern Gold Coast, Northern NSW, or those looking to relocate are encouraged to apply.
