About the Opportunity

We have a range of potential opportunities available across Retail Security, Corporate Security and other security operations, with opportunities for full-time, part-time and casual employment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Depending on the role and site requirements, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering professional security services and exceptional customer service.
• Conducting patrols, monitoring premises and maintaining a safe environment.
• Managing access control and monitoring site entry and exit points.
• Responding to emergencies, alarms and security incidents.
• Identifying, assessing and reporting potential security risks.
• Preparing accurate incident reports and maintaining security records.
• Assisting clients, staff, visitors and members of the public.
• Following site-specific procedures, security protocols and workplace safety requirements.

Key Selection Criteria

We are interested in candidates who demonstrate:

• A current and valid Victorian Security Licence appropriate to the role.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications, where required.
• Previous security industry experience, with retail or corporate security experience highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A professional presentation and a strong customer service focus.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong situational awareness, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends and public holidays, depending on operational requirements.
