Your New Role
We are seeking experienced Scraper operators to support ongoing mining and earthmoving activities. Working a 14/7 roster, you will alternate between one swing of day shifts and one swing of night shifts while operating Caterpillar 657 Twin Power and 631 Single Power scrapers in a production-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Safe and efficient operation of Caterpillar 657 Twin Power and 631 Single Power scrapers
Conducting pre-start inspections and reporting defects
Working to production targets while maintaining safety standards
Following site procedures and operational requirements
Maintaining equipment in a clean and serviceable condition
Roster & Rates:
14/7 roster
1 week days / 1 week nights
Day Shift: $58.00 per hour
Night Shift: $80.00 per hour
DIDO option available if requested with accommodation paid for.
What You'll Need to Succeed
Proven experience operating 657 Twin Power and/or 631 Single Power scrapers
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Strong safety focus and commitment to site procedures
Ability to work both day and night shifts
Reliable work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Must be willing to complete a police check
