Sales Development Representative

Our client is seeking an energetic and commercially minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team and play a key role in driving business growth. What you'll be doing:

• Identify, research and engage prospective clients across a diverse supplier and services network
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone, email and other business development channels
• Secure discovery meetings and uncover client needs to identify suitable advertising and marketing solutions
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM systems
• Prepare tailored proposals and recommendations aligned to client objectives
• Follow up leads proactively and consistently to maximise conversion opportunities
• Re-engage dormant and previous clients through targeted outreach campaigns
• Present new opportunities, products and campaign concepts to prospective and existing clients
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, communications and pipeline progress
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with upcoming content and commercial opportunities
• Contribute to team meetings, sales planning and ongoing business development initiatives

What you'll need:

• Outbound Sales experience (highly considered)
• High energy & enthusiasm
• Natural rapport builder
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow-up activities
• A proactive and resilient approach to achieving goals
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify value-driven solutions for clients
• A willingness to learn, take feedback and continuously develop your skills
• Previous sales, customer service or business development experience is advantageous but not essential
• Interest in media, marketing, publishing or industry-focused business sectors will be highly regarded
