The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and organised Rostering Officer to support Brightwater’s Residential Aged Care (RAC) services. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate staff rosters to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care for clients with complex needs.

Working as part of a centralised rostering team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the right staff are in place at the right time—balancing client needs, workforce availability, and compliance requirements.

This role is being recruited on a permanent part-time basis working 67.5 hours per fortnight for a 12-month period

What you’ll bring  

  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
  • Understanding of Aged Care or Disability Scheduling or Rostering 
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Confidence using rostering systems and Microsoft Office
  • A flexible, team-focused and customer-centric approach
  • A valid NDIS clearance.
  • A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
  • A current valid WA driver’s licence.
