About the Role

We have a Part-Time opportunity for a passionate clinician to utilise their skills and make a meaningful difference to our residents at IRT Dalmeny.

Current shift opportunities include:

  • Monday and Tuesday night duty (ND) shifts on a fortnightly basis; or
  • Morning shifts Monday to Friday

Hourly base rate between $45.24 and $57.48 per hour, plus shift penalties depending on experience.

Your work may include:

  • Providing clinical care
  • Managing and supervising care workers
  • Undertaking client assessments
  • Monitoring clients’ care needs, evaluation care plans
  • Providing treatment as required

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration
  • Knowledge of clinical issues of ageing, including dementia related disorders and management of challenging behaviours
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A big heart – you’re empathetic and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
  • Experience working as a Registered Nurse in a residential care home environment
