With a strong and growing project pipeline, the practice is seeking a Registered Architect who can confidently manage projects and drive outcomes from design development through to construction.

What You'll Do?

• Lead projects through design, documentation and delivery phases
• Coordinate clients, consultants and project stakeholders
• Oversee projects, budgets and deliverables
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
• Ensure high-quality architectural outcomes across all project stages
• Contribute to the continued growth of the practice and project portfolio

Ideal Requirements

• 5+ years of post-graduate architectural experience
• Registration as an Architect (or immediate eligibility)
• Demonstrated project leadership capability
• Strong Revit and documentation skills
• Experience working within an Australian architectural practice
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Healthcare or medical project experience

Highly Regarded

• Experience delivering complex institutional or public projects
• Construction phase involvement
• Strong consultant coordination capability
• Local Perth market experience
