About the Role

Reporting to the National Defence Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing operational performance across the region and supporting the successful delivery of Defence security services.

Working alongside the Defence Area Operations Manager and operational leadership team, you'll provide direction, coaching and support to ensure consistent service delivery across multiple sites.

You'll maintain strong stakeholder relationships, monitor operational performance, assist with significant incidents and help drive continuous improvement throughout the region.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgement and the ability to balance operational priorities, people management and client expectations.
