We’re recruiting for a brand-new, state-of-the-art food and beverage manufacturing facility in South-East Melbourne, and we’re looking for an experienced Forklift Operator / Picker to join the founding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who knows their way around a high-reach forklift, enjoys a busy warehouse environment and takes genuine pride in getting the job done safely, accurately and properly.

What will you be doing?
You’ll be an important part of keeping production moving, including:
- Operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Moving raw ingredients, packaging and finished products
- Supplying production lines with materials
- Picking, palletising, wrapping and preparing orders
- Loading and securing containers and dispatch vehicles
- Receiving and storing incoming stock
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and batch records
- Working across ambient and chilled areas
- Following strict food safety, quality and WHS procedures
What are we looking for?
You’ll ideally have:
- 2–3+ years’ high-reach forklift experience
- A current Victorian LF Forklift Licence
- Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, cold-chain or temperature-controlled warehousing
- Strong stock accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience with container loading/dispatch is highly regarded
- Full Australian working rights
- The ability to work permanently Monday–Friday
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about their work.
