- $125,000$135,000 + super
- $10,000 shift allowance
- Located in Marulan, NSW
- 24/7 Quarry Operation
About Our Client
Our client is a leading producer and supplier of construction materials, operating large-scale quarrying operations across Australia. The Marulan site is a major aggregates operation producing up to 3.5 million tonnes annually, with materials transported by rail and road to customers across NSW.
What You Will Be Doing
- Supervise and coordinate quarry production to meet market demands
- Lead safety, environmental compliance, and best-practice activities
- Manage production performance, plant availability, and technical compliance
- Monitor expenditure and maintain operations within budget
- Lead and develop a team of approximately 11 Plant Operators
- Maintain high standards of work performance and product quality
- Manage Quality Assurance requirements and customer specifications
- Anticipate future production requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years' experience in quarry operations
- Experience with fixed and mobile plant operations
- Previous experience supervising and leading a team
- Strong understanding of safety and environmental compliance
- Experience managing production performance and operational targets
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work within a 24/7 shift roster
