The position is based in Darwin NT with fully flexible working arrangements.
This opportunity provides a market-leading base salary with a fee-write bonus structure, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive relocation support.
In this role, you will play an important part in the growth of our Residential Valuation offering. Day to day, you will carry out property inspections, research and prepare sales data and produce high quality valuation reports in line with relevant legislation and professional standards. With access to Opteon’s market leading systems, you will be supported to work efficiently, reducing time spent in the field while enhancing the quality and detail of your reporting.
You will also bring a strong operational focus, building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders as part of your everyday work.

You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- RPV or CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential space
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication

Competitive Salary & uncapped Commission: Strong base salary, complemented by a fee-write incentive structure and performance-based KPI bonuses. Additionally, API membership and all required modules are fully covered.
