The Role:
- Manage a residential property portfolio
- Build strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance
- Manage arrears, lease renewals, and rent reviews
- Resolve property-related issues with a solutions-focused approach
- Ensure compliance and maintain accurate records
- Provide proactive advice to landlords on their investments
About You:
- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- A sound understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation
- A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- A current driver's licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
