Property Manager
- Manage all aspects of assigned residential and commercial properties

- $70k-$80k neg + super

Our client is a well-known, trusted and respected Real Estate agency located in the Perth Region, specialising iesidential property market. They're a dynamic team that pride themselves on delivering the very best for each and every client - which is evident in their results.
Due to growth, our client is seeking a highly experienced and self-motivated Property Manager professional to join their highly successful team to assist with managing all aspects of assigned properties and deliver exceptional customer service.
The role:
- Manage all aspects of assigned residential and commercial properties
- Inspect and coordinate maintenance requirements
- Manage screening of all tenants
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants/landlords
- Negotiate and prepare lease/contracts in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Manage budgets, forecasts and arrears
- Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
- Manage and attend Tribunal requirements
- Manage and mentor the Property Officer
What we're looking for:
- Proven successful work experience as a Property Manager and the desire to excel in the industry (min 3 years experience)
- In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management both residential and commercial (commercial experience highly favourable)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask, remain organised and manage your time effectively
- Proficiency with computers
- Attention to detail, with high-level of accuracy
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- NSW Drivers Licence
