Property Manager
- Manage an allocated residential property portfolio end to end, including landlord and tenant relationships, arrears, maintenance, inspections and leasing.
- Handle tenancy applications and QCAT claims when required, while collaborating with the wider team.
- Bring a client-first approach, strong organisation and communication skills, and a current Queensland Sales Registration Certificate and driver’s licence.
- Take genuine ownership of your properties and continue to grow
- Shared, manageable portfolio working alongside another PM ~ 170 properties

About the Role
Established in 2020, Place Albany Creek has built a strong presence across Brisbane's growing north-eastern corridor, backed by an experienced and supportive team.
You'll play an integral role in delivering an exceptional experience for landlords and tenants, building lasting client relationships and confidently managing your own portfolio from start to finish.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing your allocated portfolio end to end
- Helping landlords maximise their investments while managing arrears
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting routine property inspections
- Listing properties for lease and assessing applications when required
- Managing QCAT claims and attending hearings when required
- Collaborating with and supporting other team members
- Actively participating in ongoing training and development

Ideally, you'll bring:
- A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Driver's Licence
