Your new company
A rare and exciting part-time opportunity has become available for an experienced property manager to work with a values-driven organisation. You will be responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio across multiple Australian locations. You will play a key role in ensuring properties, accommodation arrangements and fleet assets are managed efficiently, safely and cost-effectively.
This part-time role, located in Melbournes East, offers flexibility, and the opportunity to work closely with a range of stakeholders while contributing to an organisation committed to supporting communities and creating positive social outcomes.

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance across residential and office properties
  • Managing external contractors, service providers and maintenance agreements
  • Conducting property inspections and identifying refurbishment and improvement opportunities
  • Attending owners corporation/body corporate meetings
  • Supporting relocations and accommodation transitions, including coordinating furniture, utilities and logistics
  • Liaising with landlords, property managers and tenants regarding tenancy-related matters
  • Assisting with property budgeting and expenditure planning
  • Managing fleet administration, including registrations, maintenance schedules and vehicle replacements
  • Ensuring compliance, safety and operational standards are maintained across all assets

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in property management, facilities management or a related property role
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently whilst maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
  • High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • A current driving licence, national police check and working with children check.
  • Previous experience within the not-for-profit, community services or purpose-driven sector will be highly regarded.
