Property Manager - North of the River

What you'll be doing:

• Managing a residential property portfolio and ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Delivering outstanding customer service and effective property management solutions
• Coordinating maintenance requests, lease renewals and tenancy matters
• Working closely with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding of new managements
• Collaborating with support staff to ensure efficient portfolio management and service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

What you'll need:

• Minimum 3 years' experience managing your own residential property portfolio
• Current WA Property Management Registration and a valid driver's licence
• Sound knowledge of WA tenancy legislation and industry best practices
• Exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and client-focused approach to Property Management
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
• Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with unrestricted work rights
