What you'll be doing:
- Managing a residential property portfolio and ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Delivering outstanding customer service and effective property management solutions
- Coordinating maintenance requests, lease renewals and tenancy matters
- Working closely with internal teams to facilitate the onboarding of new managements
- Collaborating with support staff to ensure efficient portfolio management and service delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience
What you'll need:
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing your own residential property portfolio
- Current WA Property Management Registration and a valid driver's licence
- Sound knowledge of WA tenancy legislation and industry best practices
- Exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive and client-focused approach to Property Management
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency with unrestricted work rights
