THE ROLE
- Managing a tidy, locally-based portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong owner & tenant relationships
- Routine, ingoing & outgoing inspections
- Rental arrears management
- Repairs & maintenance
- Lease renewals and negotiations
- General portfolio administration
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Providing a high level of customer service from start to finish
