The Role:
- Provide backbone support to the Property Management Team
- Ensure all tasks related to Property Management are completed and carried out
- Conducting routine inspections
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Record and handle keys
- Assisting the Property Management team to meet targets and objectives
- Ad hoc administration
The Candidate:
- Keen, eager and ready to indulge in this once in a lifetime opportunity!
- Keen interest in Property Management, a Certificate of Registration, own car & drivers license
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential
- The willingness to grow and progress – the last person has been promoted
