Working within a high-performing project delivery environment, you'll help oversee the planning, design and construction of education and community infrastructure projects.Your new role
You will lead and coordinate multiple complex building and infrastructure projects from planning and design through to construction and completion. Working across a portfolio of capital works projects, you will manage budgets, schedules, risks, consultants, contractors and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Managing consultant engagement, deliverables, performance and payment claims.
- Overseeing contractor tendering, evaluation, negotiation and award processes.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and service providers.
- Preparing high-level reports, briefs and submissions for senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, construction management and contract administration.
- Experience leading multiple concurrent projects across diverse locations.
- Ability to manage project budgets, schedules, risks and reporting requirements.
- Proven experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
