The Opportunity

Are you a motivated Project Manager looking to broaden your experience and work on projects that make a real impact?

We're seeking a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager to join our Brand Partnerships & Projects team. Reporting to the Head of Brand Performance and Projects, you'll play a key role in delivering national initiatives across operations, engineering, energy and safety.

Working closely with internal teams, field-based technicians and partner stakeholders, you'll manage projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Manage projects from initiation through to completion
  • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery frameworks
  • Define project scope, objectives, roles and responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources including labour, materials and external suppliers

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate activities across multiple business units
  • Work closely with partner representatives to deliver successful outcomes
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication

Risk & Commercial Management

  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Support tender preparation, submissions and evaluations
  • Manage project budgets and financial performance
  • Monitor project scope, timelines and deliverables

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Track project progress and provide regular updates
  • Prepare reports and presentations for key stakeholders
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify improvements
  • Support operational initiatives and project opportunities across the business

Experience & Expertise

Essential

  • Project Management qualification or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Preferred)
  • Proven project delivery experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • St rong planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities

Desirable

  • Experience within engineering, refrigeration, electrical or mechanical services environments
  • Exposure to facilities management or service-based operations
  • Experience with tender processes and commercial project delivery
  • Familiarity with project budgeting and financial reporting
