As a Project Coordinator, you will be working on commercial fit-out projects valued between $1 million and $7 million. In this business, the role of a PC is hybrid in nature. So you will contribute to the estimation of future projects, fulfil the full role of a CA, and provide site supervision as needed. It’s a great model for developing into an elite PM.
You will join a builder that has built its reputation through repeat clients, consistent delivery and long-term relationships. Their systems are established, the leadership team remains accessible, and development is backed by practical exposure rather than vague promises about future progression. There is also a developer arm to the business, so the pipeline is always full.
The business is based in the inner east and delivers work across Greater Melbourne. Its location provides easy access by train, tram or car, with plenty of cafés and amenities nearby. As the company continues to expand, there is a clear opportunity to grow into a PM.
You will need at least three years of experience delivering commercial fit-out projects with a commercial builder. You may currently be working as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator or in a similar role and feel ready for greater involvement in project delivery.
