Are you a Project Coordinator with commercial new build experience looking for more responsibility, more ownership and a clear pathway into project management?
This opportunity is suited to someone who already understands how commercial new build projects come together and wants to be part of a business where their contribution is recognised. You'll work closely with experienced Project Managers, gain exposure to a diverse range of projects and continue building the skills needed to progress your career. The leadership team places a strong emphasis on training, mentoring and ongoing development, making it an ideal environment for someone looking to take the next step. The salary is up to $130k + super, depending on experience.
With the head office in Hawthorn, this builder delivers a mix of commercial projects across Greater Melbourne. Their work spans structural new builds through to detailed fit-outs, ranging from $1m to $15m. Current work stretches across Melbourne's west, north, south-east, bayside and Gippsland regions. The Hawthorn office is surrounded by great cafés, with easy access to public transport and major arterial roads, making it a convenient base whether you're commuting by train, tram or car.
The business has built a strong reputation through repeat clients, quality delivery and a collaborative approach. Their projects are well managed, their systems are established and their leadership team remains actively involved in supporting project teams. As the company continues to grow, they are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside them.
To be considered, you'll need between three and five years of commercial new build experience. That's a non-negotiable requirement for this position. Perhaps you're working for a commercial builder in a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator or similar project support role and are looking for a business that can offer greater project exposure and a genuine long-term career path.
