This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected national architectural practice renowned for delivering large-scale masterplanned communities and residential developments across Australia.
With a strong pipeline of work and a collaborative studio culture, the team is seeking a Project Architect who enjoys leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and playing a key role in project delivery from concept through to completion.

The Role
- Lead the delivery of masterplanned community and residential projects
- Manage projects through all phases of design and documentation
- Coordinate clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Oversee projects, quality and delivery outcomes
- Mentor and support graduates and junior architects
- Contribute to team leadership and studio development
- Help drive project excellence and client satisfaction
About You
- Registered Architect or working towards registration
- Strong project delivery and consultant coordination skills
- Experience managing projects from design through construction documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong Revit proficiency
- Passion for mentoring and developing emerging architects
- Interest in progressing into a leadership role
