Your new role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of major Data Centre, Battery Energy Storage System (BESS), EV Charging, Critical Power and Renewable Energy projects across Australia. Reporting into senior leadership, you will take ownership of multiple customer programs and contracts, ensuring successful project delivery, financial performance, customer satisfaction, safety and quality outcomes. Leading a high-performing project team, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and supporting the continued growth of the organisation's service division.
What you'll need to succeed
- Leading the successful delivery of complex programs and customer contracts across Australia.
- Managing project financial performance, forecasting and commercial reporting.
- Overseeing contract administration, variations, EOTs, claims and risk management.
- Driving safety, quality and delivery excellence across all projects.
- Leading and mentoring project managers, engineers and delivery teams.
- Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Managing multiple projects across Data Centres, BESS, EV Charging, Critical Power and Renewable Energy sectors.
- Supporting business growth through operational leadership and customer engagement.
