THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Stratco Whitsundays team in Proserpine. Due to an internal transfer, we are seeking a versatile and motivated Production Team Member to join our manufacturing operation on a full-time basis.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is keen to learn multiple facets of the business. As a key member of our site team, you will work across a range of manufacturing, warehouse and forklift tasks, supporting the team wherever needed to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with team members, other departments and projects as required
• Interpret product drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Manufacture and assemble products to customer requirements
• Operate roll form, sheet metal and other production equipment
• Safely load, unload and move materials using a forklift
• Assist across various areas of the site, including production, warehousing and dispatch
• Participate in training for specific items of plant and equipment
• Strict adherence to critical safety rules and contributing to a safe working environment

ABOUT YOU

• Essential – Current forklift licence and demonstrated forklift operating experience
• Essential – A flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn multiple tasks across the site
• Essential – Strength and fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
• Desirable – Manufacturing, production or sheet metal experience
• Basic awareness of safety standards and alertness of moving parts and people
• Strong problem-solving skills and an inquisitive mindset
• Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
• Whilst experience is great, it'll be your positive attitude, reliability and team-first approach that set you apart
