Programmed is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Production Operators to join the team at Manildra Flour Mill.
We have multiple opportunities available for:
- Packers
- Mixing Operators
- Forklift Operators
About the Role
Depending on the position, your duties may include:
- Operating packing and production equipment
- Bagging, sealing and labelling flour products
- Handling raw materials, ingredients and bulk bags
- Mixing and preparing products
- Stacking, palletising and preparing products for dispatch
- Forklift operation and movement of materials
- General cleaning and housekeeping
- Quality checking finished products
- Following WHS, food safety and site procedures
About You
To be successful, you will:
- Be reliable with a strong work ethic
- Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Have a strong focus on safety
- Be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Have good attention to detail
- Be willing to learn and follow instructions
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical and police check
- Previous production, packing, warehouse or manufacturing experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Hold a current Forklift Licence for forklift positions
