Synergie is seeking a Production Operator for a global paint manufacturer located in Clayton.
The important parts:
- Immediate start
- Monday to Friday with potential Saturday
- Day shift: 6am – 2pm (must be flexible for overtime)
- Pay rate: $34.96 p/h, will increase to $36.81 after 8 weeks of training.
- Clayton location
- Opportunity for permanent conversion to the right individual
What you will be required to do:
- Operate and monitor automated production and mixing equipment up to 20kg
- Assist with colour matching, batching, and quality checks
- Perform labelling, filling, and packaging of paint products
- Carry out machine calibration, cleaning, and changeovers
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout all stages of production
To be successful in the role you will:
- Previous manufacturing experience in food, chemical or pharmaceutical.
- Ability to clear police check and drug & alcohol assessments.
- Physically fit, lifting up to 20kg when required.
- Have full working rights in Australia with no restrictions (No Student or Working Holiday VISAs)
- Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work.
- Forklift license highly regarded.
