You will work across functions - tape edging, build quality checks, daily output reporting - and learn the full production process as you go. This is hands-on work in an Australian manufacturing facility that has been crafting mattresses for over 40 years.

The Role
You will operate across the production floor, rotating tasks and building skill across the full manufacturing process
- Operate tape edge machinery to standard
- Maintain build quality and flag issues early
- Follow all safety protocols on the floor
- Report daily production output to your supervisor
- Support the team wherever the floor needs you
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in tape edging or a factory/manufacturing environment
- Physically fit and able to sustain output across a full shift
- Reliable transport to Crestmead
- Able to read, follow, and retain instructions
- Safety-conscious - you look out for yourself and the people next to you
