Job Description
- Provide engineering support across vehicle build, launch and production activities.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues arising from production, quality and supply chain teams.
- Support engineering change management, design releases, specifications and BOMs.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, concept development and future vehicle programs.
- Assist with engineering deliverables, program timing and project requirements.
- Support quality systems, engineering processes and documentation improvements.
- Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive engineering outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Manufacturing or related Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in product development, design or program engineering.
- Strong knowledge of engineering change control and configuration management.
- Practical understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Experience working within structured quality systems.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive industry experience preferred, vehicle electrical or software exposure highly regarded.
