A large and well-established public sector organisation is seeking an experienced procurement professional to support a major fleet procurement program. Working within a strategic procurement team, you will contribute to the delivery of high-value and complex procurement projects that support critical operational services across Western Australia.

Your new role
As Procurement Manager, you will manage a portfolio of fleet-related contracts while leading a significant procurement project from planning through to contract award. This role will involve developing procurement strategies, managing market approaches, facilitating evaluations, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and supporting commercial negotiations. You will work closely with internal business units, suppliers, and government stakeholders to ensure procurement outcomes are delivered in accordance with relevant policies and procurement frameworks.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience managing end-to-end procurement processes within a government or large corporate environment.
• Strong contract management and commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop procurement plans, evaluation strategies, and market engagement approaches.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across varying levels of an organisation.
• Knowledge of government procurement legislation, policies, and governance requirements.
• Excellent written communication and reporting skills.
