G.James Aluminium Products, located in Eagle Farm, is seeking Process Workers to join our Extrusion Production Team. Comprehensive training and development will be provided, and no prior experience is required.
This is a shift-based role, and applicants must be available to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

The Role
As a Process Worker, you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks including manual packing in the Packing Department. Responsibilities also include manual handling, sorting, stacking, and collecting materials. This is an entry-level role with full training provided.
The Person
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively to ensure work is completed safely and accurately
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Physically fit with strong manual handling skills
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shift work
- Own reliable transport is essential due to location and shift hours
