- Lead the annual Group budgeting process and budget consolidation across multiple operations.
- Prepare monthly management reporting, commentary and variance analysis.

- Own Group budgeting, forecasting and Board reporting.

Job Description
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role will perform the following duties:
- Lead the annual Group budgeting process and budget consolidation across multiple operations.
- Manage rolling forecasting cycles and deliver insights on key financial and operational drivers.
- Prepare monthly management reporting, commentary and variance analysis.
- Develop Board and Executive reporting packs, including supporting analysis and memorandums.
- Conduct quarterly operational reviews with site leadership teams.
- Support capital expenditure governance, reporting and financial performance monitoring.
- Drive consistency, standardisation and continuous improvement across Group reporting processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Principal Management Accountant should have:
- CA / CPA qualification.
- Demonstrated management accounting experience within the mining sector.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capability.
- Ability to interpret operational mining metrics and convert them into meaningful commercial insights.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for process improvement and driving change.
- Leadership experience or the desire to develop and grow a team.
