Practice Nurse – Part-Time Permanent
Location: Tranmere, Adelaide
Salary: $40–$45 per hour + Superannuation + Pay Review After Probation
Employment Type: Part-Time Permanent – 3–4 days per week

Stream Healthcare is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join a well-established, family-oriented medical practice in Tranmere.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Practice Nurse looking to join a supportive, close-knit team where patient care genuinely comes first.

About the Role
As a Practice Nurse, you will play an important role in supporting the doctors and delivering high-quality patient care across the practice.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous medical centre or general practice nursing experience. However, the team is also open to considering an experienced Registered Nurse who has not previously worked in general practice, provided you hold the required immunisation certification and are enthusiastic about developing your skills within primary care.
Essential Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
- Current Immunisation Certificate
- Previous Practice Nurse/Medical Centre experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
- Full Australian working rights
