About the company: This is a well-established civil engineering company who have expanded their operations into the piling/ground engineering sector and operate throughout Sydney and the surrounding areas.
About the Role: We are seeking a Piling Supervisor to manage piling and ground engineering projects in Sydney and the surrounding areas. Projects include mainly bored piling, CFA and diaphragm walls.
About the Duties:
- Oversee site piling operations
- Assist with site project set up
- Conduct toolbox talks
- Order plant and materials
- Ensure daily targets are achieved
- Attend site meetings
- Ensure that all work is completed accurately and on time.
- Offer technical solutions
- Adapt to changes on site
- Manage and mentor the piling teams
- Assist with the progression and development of the piling division
About the Requirements:
- Have experience in piling
- Proven track record of being a Piling Supervisor
- Someone looking to continue their career progression
- Strong leadership skills
- Be an effective communicator
- Have the ability to multitask
- Be a good problem solver
- Enjoy developing and mentoring a Piling team
- Have the desire to get the projects completed
- Excellent OH&S record
- Drivers license
- Relevant construction tickets
