Job description

Trojan Recruitment Group is currently seeking reliable Pick Packers for an immediate start with our client based in Eastern Creek.Our client is a multiple award-winning technology distribution company, supplying quality IT products to customers across Australia.

You will be required to work across a roster of 7:00am, 8:00am and 10:00am starts

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Regular use of RF scanners to pick, process and dispatch orders
• Working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment with demanding productivity targets
• Consistently meeting daily KPIs and performance targets
• Manual handling, including heavy lifting
• General warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

Key Requirements for the role 

• Must have previous experience working in a KPI-driven warehouse environment
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday
• Must be able to provide and verify at least 2 years of employment history
• Previous pick packing and RF scanning experience
• Must be able to pass a Police Check with No Disclosable Outcomes
• Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
