On the job you will:
- Provide safe, high-quality, person-centered care to residents
- Assist residents with daily living activities including hygiene, mobility, and meals
- Support residents' independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff
- Maintain accurate care documentation in line with facility standards
What you bring:
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
- Minimum 12 months experience as a PCW in Residential Aged Care facilities ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for caring for older Australians
- Valid Working Rights in Australia (Unfortunately sponsorship is not offered)
- Current Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and up-to-date vaccinations (including flu and COVID-19)
