- Full Australian Drivers Licence: Required for travel between clients.
- Current Police Check: Mandatory for client safety and compliance.
- Working With Children Check: Required where clients include younger people or family settings.
- Previous experience in personal care, disability support, aged care or community services is preferred but not mandatory for motivated candidates.
- Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to care.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to individual client needs.
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently in clients homes.
- Basic digital literacy for recording visits and communicating with coordinators.
