Job Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes
- Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to promote their well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare providers
- Maintain detailed records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition
- Must have a car for transportation to clients' homes
- Hold a Full Australian Drivers License
- Have a valid Police check
- Possess a working with children check
- Previous experience in home and community care is an advantage
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
